Office Policies

 

Our office is almost 100% paperless and chartless. All information is stored on computer. This includes:

    • Your dental x-rays, which are taken using 90% less radiation than traditional radiographs, making them even safer and more accurate for diagnosis.
    • Your medical information is accessible to us at the touch of a button. In addition, this information is password protected and makes your personal information more secure.

                                                                             

We are also HIPAA compliant, in accordance with the new federal law protecting you and your family's health information.

Tuesday and Thursday

Wednesday

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

8:00 am to 1:00 pm

Friday

Saturday

8:00 am to 2:00 pm

8:00 am to 2:00 pm

 

Dental Emergencies:

Call the office phone number 301-424-2030 and you will be prompted to page one of the doctors.

 

Broken Appointments:

We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. If an appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time or the patient fails to show for the appointment a $70 failed appointment fee per hour will be assessed to the patient's account.
