Financial Policies for Patients

In our office, we do not want money to be a problem for you. We want you to feel comfortable with us, and that includes feeling satisfied with your financial arrangements with our office. We encourage you to enter into a financial arrangement that is comfortable for you. For your ease and convenience, we offer five types of financial arrangements:

1. A 5% immediate pre-payment discount will be given when the entire treatment fee is paid in full prior to beginning treatment or on the day treatment begins.
2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and personal checks. Payment may be made as services are rendered using one of the previous payment options.
3. For treatment that requires more than one appointment to complete (crowns, bridges, dentures, bleaching trays and some orthodontic appliances) payment may be divided into two equal payments for our patients of record. One half is to be paid on the day treatment begins, and the remaining half is to be paid on the day treatment is completed.
4. For the convenience of our patients we also offer different third party payment companies, all with no interest, same as cash for up to 12 months! All it takes is a few minutes to fill out a short application.
5. Senior citizens will be given a 7% immediate payment discount when payment is made in full on the day treatment begins.
